AAVEG Returns & Exchanges Policy 

At Aaveg, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Certain items, such as customized or made-to-order products, are non-returnable.

2. Exchange Policy

• We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
• If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@aavegclothing.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
• We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₹3,000, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
